Meet Our Staff

Dr. Leach was raised in Upper Marlboro, Md. He graduated in 1978 from the University of Maryland Dental School. He and his wife Betty have been married since 1972. They moved to Dallastown, PA in 1979 and opened Dr. Leach’s Family Dentistry. Dr. Leach is passionate about dentistry and thoroughly loves providing care to his patients. Dr. Leach is also an adjunct Dentist as Harrisburg Area Community College. He has 3 children and nine grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, photography, being involved with his church and spending time with family.

Lawren graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2013.  She has been working in the dental field since 2008. Lawren is married, with two children.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in May of 2019.

Shannon graduated from York County School of Technology Adult ED Dental Assistant program in 2020. She joined Dr. Leach in March of 2021. She is married with 5 kids. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Sarah has worked in the field of dentistry since 2011. She joined our team in August of 2013. She has been in and out of our office due to her two little boys. She grew up in the area and enjoys spending time with her dogs and family.
